LUMBAR SPINE:
Normal mechanics and pathomechanics, management, rehabilitation progressions and key considerations for return to training and sport. Topics covered will include the functional role of trunk musculature in sport, lumbar loading during exercise, training of the trunk musculature in athletes, and cognitive interventions for LBP, the sporting hip and sports-related groin injuries.
HIP AND GROIN:
How anatomy influences the management of hip and groin pain, assessment, and rehabilitation of groin pain in the sporting population.
